2. Service Delivery & Fulfillment
Most digital subscriptions (ChatGPT Plus, Netflix, Cursor Pro, Claude) are dispatched automatically via your Customer Vault within 30 to 60 seconds of successful payment. For manual upgrade services (such as Canva Pro team invites or Adobe CC organization upgrades), fulfillment is completed within 5 to 30 minutes during standard operating hours.
3. Replacement Warranty & SLA
Warranty coverage always depends on the specific product purchased, and the exact warranty duration is clearly written in each product's description before purchase. If a subscription encounters disruption, password expiration, or technical blockage during the warranty period stated on its product description, Subz Empire guarantees an instant fix or replacement within 2 to 6 hours upon opening a ticket.
4. Account Usage Guidelines
Shared plans are intended for a single simultaneous user per designated profile or slot. Users must not attempt to modify credentials, add unauthorized profiles, or resell shared slots. Violation of account policies may result in slot forfeiture without refund.
